this page is a shrine to tulio triviño from 31 minutos, my beloved who means so, so much to me! as a disclaimer, while the show (rightfully) has a massive latin american fanbase, i am from the united states and my primary language is english. however, i adore tulio like i would a real-life boyfriend. i'm not experienced in html nor css, so i am very sorry if things fall apart on this site. that being said, i hope you can appreciate him with me. ^_^
